Home Building

“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord”

— Joshua 24:15

When teams travel through Bread to the Nations to help build a home, the main purpose for going is not specifically to build a home; we go to build relationships, encourage our brothers and sisters, pray with them and have fellowship with them, and if we can help make life easier, all the better.

Not Just Building a House

God may use these relationships for us to lend a hand in a home building project or encourage our leaders in other ways that would help the community and further His kingdom.

Relationships That Last

Since we require the home owner to participate in the project and work alongside our team members, relationships start to form. Bread to the Nations’ leader, Ronald, reminded our team that a storm or an earthquake can destroy a home but nothing like that can destroy the relationships that you have built over these years.
